Effective date: 14 August 2026
Sample content notice: These terms are sample content prepared for MyTin2. Before publication, they must be updated with the operator's legal identity, address, contact details, actual payment and refund practices, and reviewed by qualified legal counsel for compliance with applicable law.
These terms govern membership and use of the MyTin2 Metin2 server between a user who creates an account or uses the services and the MyTin2 server administration. By completing registration, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these terms. Mandatory consumer and user rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Users must not use cheats, bots, macros or unauthorised third-party software; exploit bugs; harm the server or other users; engage in fraud, threats, harassment, hate speech, inappropriate naming or unauthorised real-money trading of accounts or items. Chat, market, guild and trading features must be used in accordance with the community rules.
Characters, virtual items, in-game currency and Dragon Coins are digital-use elements available only within MyTin2. Subject to rights granted by applicable law, they are not cash, bank deposits or property transferable outside MyTin2. Assets obtained through unauthorised sales, transfers, duplication or exploitation may be removed or reversed.
For paid transactions, the price, quantity and payment method are displayed before confirmation. After a successful payment, the relevant Dragon Coins or digital content are credited to the account. Technical errors, duplicate charges or delivery issues must be reported through the official support channel. Refund and withdrawal requests are assessed under applicable consumer law, the nature of the digital content, whether performance has begun and the payment provider's rules.
MyTin2 may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, security, infrastructure failures or events beyond reasonable control. Planned work will be announced in advance where practicable. Game balance, quests, item properties, rates, events and technical requirements may be updated to keep the service secure and sustainable.
Gameplay and security records may be reviewed where a rule violation is suspected. Depending on the severity of the violation, MyTin2 may issue a warning, restrict chat, reverse items or gains, suspend access or close an account. Sanctions should be proportionate. Users may appeal through the official support channel after notice of the decision.
Rights in MyTin2's website design, original text, logos, server-specific software and content belong to their respective owners. The Metin2 name, client assets and relevant third-party marks belong to their respective rights holders. Users receive only a personal, non-commercial right to access the service.
Users must not submit unlawful, misleading, harmful or rights-infringing content through chat, character or guild names, forum messages or support requests. Users acknowledge that such content may be reviewed where necessary to operate and moderate the service and that rule-breaking content may be removed.
Users may request account closure through the official support channel. Closure does not remove legal retention duties or rights and liabilities that arose earlier. In cases of serious or repeated violations, MyTin2 may terminate access while providing an explanation and a reasonable opportunity to appeal.
These terms may be updated when the service or applicable law changes. Material changes will be announced on the website or in game. Mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules apply to disputes. Questions, delivery issues and appeals may be submitted through the official support channel on the MyTin2 website.
